During the use of the application, we may request permission to access your microphone, geolocation, username (ID), and avatar to enable the multiplayer experience. This data is collected exclusively to enhance your experience within the application and facilitate interactions with other users. It is important to note that we do not maintain records of this information.

Any information collected, such as microphone, geolocation, username (ID), and avatar permissions, is solely used to provide the multiplayer experience within the application. We do not use this information for any other purposes, and we do not share it with any third parties.
1.3 Deletion of Personal Data:
Users can request the deletion of any personal data collected by the application. To do so, please contact us at the email address contato@healthtechbr.io. We will make all reasonable efforts to comply with requests for deletion of personal data.

We take appropriate measures to protect the information collected from our users to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Violence and Criminal Behavior: Our application prohibits any form of violence, incitement to violence, coordination of harm, and incitement to crime.

Security: We do not tolerate content related to suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, sexual exploitation, abuse or child nudity, bullying, harassment, human exploitation, privacy violations, hate speech, violent and explicit content, adult nudity and sexual activity, adult sexual proposals, and sexually explicit language.

Integrity and Authenticity: Our application promotes account integrity, authentic identity, combats spam, cyber security, authentic behavior, and fights misinformation.

Respect for Intellectual Property: We respect intellectual property rights and do not tolerate copyright, trademark, or any other form of intellectual property infringement.
4.1 Live Streaming (Casting):
Users are allowed to perform "casting" and live stream the content of the application to mobile devices, desktop, and television. This functionality aims to provide a flexible and convenient experience to our users.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.

Immediate Availability (Online Course): At the time of payment, the online course will be automatically made available to the student.

Payment Methods (Online Course): We accept payments via PIX, credit card (up to 2 installments) and PayPal.

Immediate Availability (VR App): After signing the contract, access to the virtual reality (VR) application will be made available to the institution.

Payment Methods (VR App): Payment is made at the time of signing the contract.

Access to Content: Access to the content will be released immediately after confirmation of payment or signing of the contract.
Exchange, Return and Refund Policies
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to regret and may cancel the purchase of the online course within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of purchase, as established in art. 49 of Law No. 8,078/90.
1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise their right to withdraw using the same tool used to purchase the course or through other channels made available (email, telephone).

Exercising the right of withdrawal will imply the termination of any accessory contracts, without any cost to the consumer.
2. Communication and Refund

The supplier must immediately notify the financial institution or credit card administrator about the exercise of the right of withdrawal, so that the transaction is not posted on the consumer's invoice or so that the amount is refunded, if the posting on the invoice has already been made.

The consumer will be sent immediate confirmation of receipt of the expression of regret.
3. Refund Conditions

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The deadline for processing the refund is up to 10 (ten) business days after confirmation of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Refund Conditions (VR App): Refunds will only be made if the VR application cannot be accessed after at least two on-site visits by the Healthtech Brasil technical support team. If the problem is not resolved during the meeting with technical support, a refund will be processed.
